Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1.5cup shredded cheddar cheese
Heat large stockpot or stir fry skillet over medium high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until meat has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the turkey as it cooks.
Stir in taco seasoning pack, tomatoes, spaghetti and water. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 13-16 minutes.
Stir in 1/2 of cheese and top with the remaining cheese. Cover until melted, about 2 minutes.
Serve and garnished with tomato, cilantro, avocado and tortilla chips if desired.
